Radar, EO/IR, thermal, acoustic, RF, range, and contextual feeds can confirm weak signals that no single sensor could resolve.

But fusion can elevate sensitivity
Individually releasable inputs can create a restricted derived conclusion when combined. The fused product may be more sensitive than any contributing source.

Publication is a separate risk
A system may be permitted to process data internally but not share the full fused product externally. Processing authority and publication authority are distinct.

Explain
Every decision produces a human-readable operator narrative and a machine-readable compliance record — not just a verdict.
Evidence
Provenance graph, audit chain, tamper-evident export, and offline verification package are produced for every assessed fusion product.
